Avaeksperdid – Pergola for the Arter Quarter, Video and Photography

Avaeksperdid manufactured and installed an elegant pergola on the rooftop terrace of the Arter Quarter. This was a technically exciting project carried out in one of Tallinn’s most prominent business districts. The Arter Quarter is also home to Swedbank’s new headquarters, where Avaeksperdid installed approximately 2,600 roller blinds.

As the pergola was installed on the 15th floor at a height of 63 meters, in the middle of a beautifully designed rooftop park, it offers stunning views both from within the space and from the air through a drone’s perspective. Naturally, we took full advantage of this opportunity. The result was a striking product video featuring drone footage, along with a photo gallery and a digital campaign.

The Arter Quarter was completed at the beginning of 2025. It represents a modern, energy-efficient and employee-friendly working environment, in which leisure and relaxation areas—such as the rooftop pergola—play an important role.

The goal of the campaign was to support Avaeksperdid’ sales in the B2B segment and to reinforce the company’s reputation as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window coverings and pergolas.
