The Labor Inspectorate is an Estonian state agency whose mission is to ensure transparent labor relations and a safe, health-preserving working environment in Estonia. The inspectorate supports companies and employees by resolving labor disputes and conducting workplace safety inspections.

It’s self-service platform is designed to help foster a positive working environment. Through the platform, companies can access free tools to assess work-related risks, report occupational accidents, and engage in live chats with a labor inspector.

In 2023, the Labor Inspectorate held a tender to develop a comprehensive style guide, a communication and PR strategy for the self-service platform, and to run three awareness campaigns.

The campaigns, which took place in autumn winter 2023, spring and late summer 2024, aimed to encourage companies to complete their risk assessment via the self-service platform.

As part of the collaboration, we created a style guide to ensure the Labor Inspectorate’s visual identity remained consistent and recognizable across all channels.

Each campaign featured a unique creative concept tailored to the target audience, and messages were communicated through a range of media channels: outdoor media, digital channels, radio, PR, as well as influencer partnership. Examples of the campaigns can be seen below.
